Job Description
To work as part of the Care Home management team in the capacity as Lead Nurse, to provide clinical leadership and advice to the registered Manager in order to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. To ensure all residents are treated with dignity and respect and that individual care planning reflects the Homes commitment to excellence of care.CRB met by the applicant and then refunded after 6 months of employment with the company.
