Job Description
Our client, a recently-established, purpose-built Treatment Centre in Burton-on-Trent, Staffs, currently has excellent opportunities for Theatre Practitioners to join its multidisciplinary theatre team.Working within a busy, fast-paced day-case unit Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday overtime shifts offered if required), applicants will be expected to demonstrate competence in :- Anaesthetic, Theatre or Recovery professional practice.- Assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of Perioperative patient care.This impressive, modern, state-of-the-art facility has 6 theatres, two with laminar flow clean air. It is a multi-specialty unit, with a wide and varied day-case mix encompassing the full range of surgical specialties.A minimum of one year\'s post-qualification experience as a Theatre Practitioner/ODP is preferable, however our client would also welcome applications from motivated newly-qualified RGN\'s/ODP\'s with a keen desire to develop their skills through their preceptorships and beyond.
